Checkout with Invoice After Your First Order

STEP 1. Place your first order. You can find the instructions in the guide: Your First Order .

Note: After your first order, we will enable the Checkout with invoice payment option for your account. This may take some time throughout the day, as we regularly review new users and add tags as quickly as possible. If you need the tag added as soon as possible, please contact us.

STEP 2. Create a new order by adding the required items to your cart.

STEP 3. Proceed to checkout by clicking Check out in your cart:

STEP 4. In the Payment section, select Pay with invoice:

STEP 5. Click Complete Order to finish placing your order:

If you don’t see Pay with invoice in the payment methods list:

First, check if your cart contains any items that aren’t eligible for invoice payment. If your cart includes items that don’t qualify, the “Pay with invoice” option will disappear. To restore this payment method, remove those items from your cart. If these conditions are met, but you still don’t see Pay with invoice, follow the steps below:

STEP 1. Check how you’re signed in. If you’re using Shop (Shop Pay) for checkout, the invoice method won’t be available. Shop Pay is Shopify’s accelerated checkout, and it can hide other payment methods.

STEP 2. Log out of the Shop Pay system. To exit Shop Pay on the Checkout page (where you pay for your order), do the following: click the three dots to the right of your email address, and then select Check out as guest. You will automatically exit Shop Pay, but you will remain logged into the website.

STEP 3. Use the standard sign-in. In the future, sign in by clicking the Login icon in the top menu.

STEP 4. Choose a different sign-in option. In the window that appears, click More sign in options; otherwise, you may be taken back to Shop Pay.

STEP 5. Enter your email address.

STEP 6. Enter the verification code. Type the 6-digit code sent to your email.

Done! You’re now signed in using the standard method, and Pay with invoice will be available at checkout.
