Return & Exchange Policy – Après Scrubs Store
At the Après Scrubs Store, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to provide exchanges within 14 days of receiving items that meet the criteria below.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item received

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
How It Works
- Request your exchange: Email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Receive your return label: Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Send the item back: Ship the item in its original condition and packaging.
- We’ll ship your replacement: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send your new item.
Exchange Fee
A flat fee of $16.99 applies to each exchange request.
This fee covers processing and return shipping for your replacement item(s).
Important Notes
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
- We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available at this time.
